Meet Craig

Craig Sargent is a dedicated real estate professional with a proven track record of
success in helping clients navigate every step of the buying and selling process. With
years of experience in real estate and client representation, Craig brings a unique
combination of market expertise, negotiation skills, and a client-first approach to every
deal.


Craig began his career at CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate firm, where
he was part of a global team overseeing transactions totaling more than 75 million
square feet of industrial and office space. His work—spanning complex lease
negotiations, acquisitions, and multi-market strategies for Fortune 500
clients—equipped him to manage deals with precision and professionalism.


He then joined Coldwell Banker, where he represented buyers in over $11 million of
industrial property acquisitions across the Midwest within his first year. His success
earned him the Ohio REALTORS® President’s Sales Club Award, recognizing him
among the top 10% of agents statewide.


Today, Craig brings his expertise home to Martha’s Vineyard, where he has spent
summers since childhood. Deeply connected to the island’s character and community,
he blends professional experience with local insight to help clients find the ideal year-
round residence, seasonal retreat, or investment property.


Licensed in both Massachusetts and Ohio, Craig holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing
from Xavier University. He now lives in Katama, where he enjoys spending time with his
family, exploring the Vineyard’s beaches, and playing the occasional round of golf.
