Meet Grace
Grace began her career in real estate in 2010 and has spent the last decade learning the ins and outs of the island real estate market and developing unique marketing strategies. As a lifelong resident of the island, her knowledge of the area is extensive, making her an excellent source of both local information and changing market conditions.
In 2022, Grace teamed up with Annie Sylvia to start up the Vacation Rental department for The MV Team (a predecessor to Studio Realty LLC). They specialize in helping owners maximize their rental investment, as well as assuring that clients are able to find the ideal vacation rental to meet their needs.
Grace prides herself on being communicative and straightforward, and her knowledge and experience in both sales and rentals gives her the insight to guide her clients no matter what their goal.
Born and raised on the island, Grace returned after graduating from Salve Regina University. She lives in Edgartown with her husband and two young children.
