Meet Peyton
Peyton Wallace delivers dynamic, client-focused service rooted in a deep understanding of the Martha’s Vineyard real estate market. Known for his ability to provide precise data and honest market perspectives, he helps clients navigate the listing and purchase processes with confidence.
With over 20 years of experience as a licensed broker on Martha’s Vineyard and more than $350 million in on-island sales, Peyton has built a reputation for guiding clients through both challenging and thriving markets. His expertise also includes luxury real estate in Manhattan, where he worked on a WSJ top 100 team and held membership with REBNY. Peyton has a wide network of clients and brokers both on the island and abroad.
Originally from Philadelphia, Peyton developed a deep connection to Martha’s Vineyard through summers on the Edgartown Great Pond, and has lived on-island since 2005. He holds a BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned Academic All-American honors as a captain of the varsity golf team. Peyton lives in West Tisbury with his wife Christina and their three children.
